Return and Refunds

You always have the right to withdraw from your on-line order within 7 calendar days. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last good(s) in your order. The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to simply contact us at info@divinedivabali.com.

However, to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to withdraw from your order, before the withdrawal period has expired. For questions regarding withdrawal contact us.

Such right of withdrawal does not apply to altered items or bespoke items that have been customized on demand by you.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery option if the full item is returned back to us as per the return conditions, without undue delay and in any event no later than 7 calendar days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw and the products are returned to us. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not cause you any extra fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back and identified them as meeting the return conditions mentioned herein.

You shall send back the goods to our warehouse or hand them over to us at our stores without undue delay and in any event no later than 7 calendar days from the day on which you received your item(s).

Fill in the return form using the code that best explains the reason for your return, and place this, together with the item(s) you wish to return in the parcel your order arrived in and provided that:

  • The Product(s) is/are in resalable condition C.V. Divine Diva has the right to determine the final decision of returns and exchanges.

  • The Products have been purchased on online.

  • The Product(s) returned have a price tag / product label intact.

  • The Product(s) is/are not be used, soiled or washed.

  • The Product(s) is/are in its/their original packaging to be intact

If a Product is returned incomplete or after having sustained damage, Divine Diva Bali shall not accept the return and shall not be able to proceed to the refund.

Products on promotion or (special) offer or on Sale cannot be returned / refunded as well as Jewelry…..

The Confirmation of Return (in-Store or by post) shall be sent to you by email.

The return option of your ordered item whether partial or to our Divine Diva Bali store in Indonesia is free, whereas you shall bear the post-delivery cost (even partial) for return to us by post-delivery. The Products should be returned in the original packaging and condition.

You are always welcome to return items within 7 calendar days to our Divine Diva Bali store in Indonesia. All returns in store are free. To return your online purchase in store, you will need to bring your order number along with the item(s) you wish to return.

Refund: You will be refunded to the same payment method you used at the purchase.

Please allow up to 7 calendar days for your transaction to process.

Exchange: We do not offer exchange in store for any items purchased online.

To return your online purchase to Divine Diva Bali, you will need to send your return form along with the item(s) you wish to return.

The refund shall be payable by the same means as used by you to pay the cancelled order. You will be informed of the Refund by email. We will not offer cash refund unless paid by cash in our store.

All returns made to our Divine Diva store are free of charge. For returns to us by post, you will need to bear the cost of delivery to Divine Diva Bali when returning your item.

Once we have received your return shipment at Divine Diva Bali, we will send you a notice of cancellation via email, confirming receipt of the parcel.

We will provide a refund using the same method used to make the payment within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the item.
